Bent wire elements with threaded rod ends

We manufacture wire components that include threaded ends. Metric or inch threads are made on thread rolling mills. Prior to the treatment, bars are often pushed to a suitable diameter to make the desired size of the threaded part. Threaded parts are manufactured either by machining the threaded part or by extruding/forming the material to obtain the desired thread geometry. Depending on the design, the team of engineers makes bent elements on rods with already made threads or carries out production. The production process begins with forming the shape of the bent element and ends with threading the bent wires of the workpiece.
