Cold Formed Wire Components

We form wire rods to the desired shape for the automotive industry. For each part, we develop production technologies that include such operations as: cold forging, bar end chamfering, turning, flattening the wire, threading on threading rollers, knurl forming, pressing, bending and butt welding of previously chamfered wire ends. Each manufacturing process requires a dedicated approach, which is necessary to achieve the assumed efficiency and repeatability. We produce products made of acid-resistant steel, aluminium, carbon steel, low-carbon steel, as well as zinc-plated sheets and bars. The elements are coated with powder, electrolytic zinc, and hot-dip zinc.
