Production of atypical wire springs

The production of stainless-steel wire spring elements for higher hardness allows for the production of components for the automotive industry, which often adopt a shape that differs from standard wire springs. Use of CNC machines with additional bending axes rendered it possible to produce elastic parts with bending ends in various planes and lengths. Bending machines with forming presses allow for additional functionalities such as pressing on the cylindrical part, forging the wire ends, and flattening the part of the rod with an additional mounting hole. The manufacture takes place on slide benders or benders with multi-radial heads.
