Spatial wire structures

A structure made of bent wire serving as a supporting structure for subsequent elements of assembly units. Manufactured stiffening frames made of wire with a hardness of more than 1100Rm allow us to obtain high rigidity of the structure for relatively small cross-sections and the weight of the bar. Wire load-bearing structures are made on CNC machines, which allows us to obtain a wide range of necessary shapes on standard multi-radial tools. The finished metal elements undergo load tests to verify the correctness of the assumptions in the process of selecting the appropriate diameters of the rods used.
