Wire hook with embossing

Stamped wire hooks are produced in a single production cycle. At one time, flattening the wire was performed with the simultaneous cutting and bending of the end of the rod. The production of wire hooks with a swivel end is a solution used in household appliances in stainless steel versions or with an electrolytic zinc coating. Flattening is often carried out additionally with a threaded hole for the installation of metric or inch screws. The tool design and complete instrumentation are executed at ELDRUT by our experienced team of designers. In some solutions, we additionally use Flow-Drill holes to obtain higher strength of threaded holes in the flattened parts of the workpiece.
