Pipe clamp

Using feeding machines, we manufacture steel sheet tape pipe holders. Sheet metal elements are cold stamped on multi-sectional instruments. The pressing of sheet metal elements takes place on presses with a progressive feeder or on CNC multi-axis machines with a forming press. CNC pressing machines allow us to perform additional operations such as threading holes, chamfering sheet metal edges, and even welding additional press-in inserts. Pipe clamps can be pressed at speeds of up to 1.8 seconds per piece. The design and manufacture of instrumentation is carried out entirely at ELDRUT. Our pipe clamps can be made of low carbon, galvanized or stainless steel. Depending on the requirements, the clamps can be painted with any powder paint or electrolytically galvanized.
