Wire baskets

We manufacture a wide range of different types of wire baskets. These are made of black or stainless steel. The production methods are selected according to the assumed quantitative volumes, to achieve the highest production efficiency and thus the lowest prices of the manufactured containers. The baskets are welded on multi-point resistance welders and on joint welders. Each basket is welded in special dies ensuring the highest uniformity for each produced series. All dies are designed and manufactured at ELDRUT, which shortens the time and reduces the risk of mistakes in the process of implementing a new production pattern. The manufactured products are powder coated, galvanized, or chromium plated. For baskets made of stainless steel, we perform etching in passivation baths.
