Frame made of steel wire

Frames made of steel wire. The frame is made of steel wire in the process of CNC 3D bending with the use of a butt-welding machine to obtain a permanent connection of the ends of the wire. Butt welds in part of the products require chamfering of the wire ends to obtain a smaller weld protrusion during the welding process. The handling robot automatically translates the bending process details into the butt welding, which causes the wire frame to be bent and welded in a single production cycle. The final production operation is to put the ready welded wire frame on the rack with use of the CNC manipulator.
